Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year OR RN experience.
• Accredited nursing degree and current RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred; CNOR advantageous.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and prepare supplies/equipment for the OR.
• Organize workflows and provide relief for staff breaks.
• Assist in department operations and support new team member orientation.
