Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking an OR Resource Coordinator RN to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the operating room. You will coordinate with departments, manage workflow, prepare supplies and equipment, and provide relief during breaks.

This role requires at least 1 year of OR RN experience, MO RN license or compact license, BLS; ACLS and CNOR preferred. Lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year OR RN experience; leadership skills preferred.
• Current RN license in Missouri or applicable compact.
• Required certifications include BLS; ACLS and CNOR preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Manage OR patient care in general, urology, plastics, gyn, orthopedic, neurosurgery, and cardiothoracic surgeries.
• Coordinate surgical workflow, room setup, and equipment readiness.
• Support departmental operations and staff orientation.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient surgical environment.

Assists in department operations, supports orientation of new team members, and collaborates with surgical teams to ensure safe procedures.
