Job summary

Compass Surgical Partners is seeking an Operating Room RN for Millennium Ambulatory Surgery Center in Greenville, SC. The role involves direct patient care, supporting surgeons and anesthesia, and ensuring safety and dignity throughout the perioperative process.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call. Requirements include an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and OR experience in Orthopedics/ENT, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Operating Room experience preferred, Orthopedics and ENT

Responsibilities

• Serve as circulating nurse during procedures
• Prepare and maintain a safe, sterile operating environment
• Assess patient needs and involve families in care decisions
• Collaborate with the surgical team and communicate with patients, physicians, and colleagues
• Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in staff education, orientation and development
• Organize and manage supplies, equipment, and staff for case management
