Carolina Center for Specialty Surgery (CCSS) in mid-town Charlotte is seeking a Full-time Operating Room Registered Nurse to join a team affiliated with Carolina Neurosurgery and Spine Associates. This role centers on high-standard peri-operative nursing care and collaborative patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of related nursing experience.
• NC RN License required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs the multi-disciplinary activities for peri-operative nursing care.
• Performs nursing assessments and identifies needs, prioritizes care.
• Assists with procedures and ensures proper techniques and standards.
• Ensures availability of equipment and supplies for surgical procedures and restocks rooms.
• Maintains patient safety, accurate documentation, and confidentiality.
• Communicates care needs to team and monitors supply usage.
• Participates in mandatory hospital and departmental education programs.
• Supports Performance Improvement and Quality Assurance data collection.
