Job summary

Compass Surgical Partners seeks an Operating Room RN at Millennium Ambulatory Surgery Center in Greenville, SC. You will provide direct patient care, serve as a circulating nurse, and support surgeons and anesthesia teams to ensure safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, a competitive hourly rate based on experience, and benefits including healthcare, 401(k) matching, PTO, and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Associate's degree or higher in nursing.
• Operating Room experience preferred, specifically in Orthopedics and ENT.

Responsibilities

• Serve as circulating nurse, supporting patients, surgeons, and anesthesia staff during procedures.
• Prepare and maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient operating environment.
• Assess patient needs, provide reassurance, and involve families in care decisions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the surgical team and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and colleagues.
• Support patient safety, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in staff education, orientation, and professional development.
• Organize and manage supplies, equipment, and staff for effective case management.
