Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Operating Room Nurse for a travel assignment in Fort Myers, FL. The role includes scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures and admissions to the operative suite, under supervision of an RN and the Nurse Manager.

Minimum requirements include active RN licensure in the practicing state, BLS, and OR experience considerations. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) plan, with competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• One year OR experience in acute care preferred within last three years.
• Current BLS card.
• Current Health Certificate if applicable.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Operating Room Nurse responsible for scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures; department admissions to the operative suite. He/She is responsible to the Nurse Manager and is directly supervised by the RN in the operating rooms to which he/she is assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state in which he/she practices

• Documentation and confirmation of one year of operating room clinical experience in an acute care hospital within the last three years preferred

• Current BLS card.

• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)

• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
