Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing has a travel RN opening for an Operating Room Nurse in Lexington, KY. The role covers scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures and admissions to the operative suite, reporting to the Nurse Manager and supervised by the OR RN.

Requirements include active RN licensure in the practicing state, OR experience preferred, BLS, a Health Certificate if applicable, and PPD or Chest X-Ray.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Documentation and confirmation of OR experience in acute care in the last three years preferred.
• Current BLS card.

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Operating Room Nurse responsible for scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures; department admissions to the operative suite. He/She is responsible to the Nurse Manager and is directly supervised by the RN in the operating rooms to which he/she is assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state in which he/she practices

• Documentation and confirmation of one year of operating room clinical experience in an acute care hospital within the last three years preferred

• Current BLS card.

• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)

• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
