Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Marietta, GA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate radiologic equipment and perform diagnostic imaging in accordance with standards. The role supports patient care across all ages and imaging modalities, including fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures, with emphasis on quality and safety.

ARRT registration and BCLS are required upon hire, with 2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program Required.
• 2 years experience Required.
• ARRT Registration Required upon Hire.
• BCLS Required upon Hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs according to standards.
• Provides patient services using imaging modalities across age groups.
• Delivers patient care to neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.
• Performs advanced imaging such as Fluoroscopy and Lumbar punctures.
• Delivers more complex technical care to meet patient needs.

Responsibilities:

Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Provide patient services using imaging modalities. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Demonstrates ability to perform advance diagnostic imaging (Fluoroscopy and Lumbar punctures). Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
