Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate radiologic equipment and perform diagnostic procedures in accordance with established standards. You will provide patient services across all ages, including neonatal to geriatrics, and support advanced imaging such as fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures.

The ideal candidate has ARRT registered, BCLS certification, and at least two years of radiologic experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• 2 years experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures.
• Provides patient services using imaging modalities across all age groups.
• Demonstrates ability to perform advanced diagnostic imaging (fluoroscopy).
• Performs lumbar punctures as needed.

Responsibilities:

Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Provide patient services using imaging modalities. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Demonstrates ability to perform advance diagnostic imaging (Fluoroscopy and Lumbar punctures). Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
