Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate radiologic equipment and perform diagnostic procedures to established standards. You will provide patient services across neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, ensuring safety and comfort.

Experience with advanced imaging such as fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures is valued. ARRT registration and BCLS certification are required upon hire; a competitive sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Education: AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• Work Experience: 2 years experience required.
• Licenses and Certifications: ARRT registration and BCLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to perform diagnostic radiographs according to standards.
• Provides patient services using imaging modalities and cares for all age groups.
• Demonstrates ability to perform advanced diagnostic imaging (fluoroscopy, lumbar punctures).

Responsibilities:

Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Provide patient services using imaging modalities. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Demonstrates ability to perform advance diagnostic imaging (Fluoroscopy and Lumbar punctures). Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.

Qualifications:

Education

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program Required

• 2 years experience Required

Licenses and Certifications

• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) Upon Hire Required and
