Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate radiologic equipment and perform diagnostic procedures in a patient‑centered environment. You will provide imaging services across age groups and support fluoroscopy and lumbar puncture procedures.

Required qualifications include ARRT certification, BCLS, and graduation from an AMA/JRCERT accredited program, plus at least two years of experience. This position supports a team dedicated to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• 2 years experience required.
• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) Upon Hire Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices.
• Provide patient services using imaging modalities.
• Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.
• Demonstrates ability to perform advanced diagnostic imaging (Fluoroscopy and Lumbar punctures).

Education

Responsibilities:

Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Provide patient services using imaging modalities. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Demonstrates ability to perform advance diagnostic imaging (Fluoroscopy and Lumbar punctures). Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
