Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate radiologic equipment and perform routine diagnostic procedures following established standards. You will provide patient services using imaging modalities and deliver care to neonatal through geriatric patients.

The role requires ARRT registration and BCLS at hire, with opportunities to perform advanced imaging such as fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program Required
• 2 years experience Required
• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) Upon Hire Required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices.
• Provide patient services using imaging modalities.
• Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.
• Demonstrates ability to perform advance diagnostic imaging (Fluoroscopy and Lumbar punctures).
