Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Clinical Consultant – Procedure Card Optimization to manage relationships with clinical and operational leaders across a large New Jersey health system. On-site work across Central and Northern NJ with WaveMark analytics to drive OR improvements and card standardization.

You will validate recommendations with clinicians, build adoption, and establish sustainable processes for EMR changes, blending analytics, clinical ops consulting, and change management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare analytics or related experience preferred.
• 3+ years supporting client engagements or large healthcare projects preferred.
• Experience with Epic EHR and OR workflow understanding preferred.
• Strong ability to derive insights and present clinical implications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clinical and supply chain stakeholders.
• Lead clinician-facing discussions to validate analytics and recommended changes.
• Facilitate adoption of procedure card changes and education for end-users.
• Run WaveMark analytics to identify optimization opportunities in utilization and standardization.
• Translate data outputs into narratives on impact to patient care and costs.
• Present findings to system leaders and refine processes for EMR updates.
• Collaborate with Product Management and WaveMark teams on enhancements.
