Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Data Analyst for the Cardiac Catheter Lab. The role supports data coordination, quality improvement, and registry metrics. You will work on a 40-hour week, with day shift, Monday–Friday, and some remote work.

Applicants must hold an active New Jersey RN license and AHA BLS. ASN or Nursing diploma required; BSN preferred with completion within five years. EPIC, HVA, 3M, Cardiopulse, Xcelera, and Vizient experience is desired.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• ASN or Nursing diploma required; BSN preferred with timeline.
• 2+ years clinical experience in the assigned specialty.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and coordinates patient data for cardiovascular outcomes.
• Submits data to regulatory agencies and national databases.
• Ensures accuracy and validity of data in databases.
• Educates physicians and staff on documentation for registry metrics.
• Maintains awareness of data definitions and quality improvements.
