Job summary
Cardinal Health is seeking a Clinical Operations professional with nursing background to support post-sales implementations and multi-site environments. The role involves leading trainings, clinical tools, and education to facilitate technology adoption while traveling extensively across the Upper Midwest and broader US.
The ideal candidate will have an RN license, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, 6–8 years of related experience, and OR/intraoperative exposure.
Qualifications
- RN license required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time
- Intraoperative nursing experience preferred
- Operating room management experience preferred
- Knowledge of surgical pack and kitting business preferred
Responsibilities
- Grow Cardinal Health Brand in and out of channel; increase product penetration
- Accelerate brand through clinical webinars, CE courses, and tools
- Provide live/virtual trainings for customers and internal teams
- Participate in program reviews to improve efficiency and safety
- Engage in top accounts with clinical activities and pipeline identification
- Support new product launches and regional growth initiatives
- Drive profitable growth through clinical support and regional activities
