Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge Campus in Naples, FL is seeking an OR Peri-Op RN to join a diverse perioperative program. The role requires delivering patient-centered care, coordinating with surgeons and staff, and providing education through the care continuum.

The position includes 5x8 day shifts with call and a 2-year agreement, plus comprehensive incentives such as medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k) match. Experience in perioperative settings is valued.

Qualifications

• RN state licensure or compact licensure required.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and coordinate plans with the care team.
• Administer medications, monitor for side effects, and document administration.
• Assist physicians during procedures within documented competency and scope.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, document findings, and report changes promptly.
• Maintain infection control and promote patient safety throughout care delivery.
• Scrub in for surgeries and support the surgical team during operations.
