Vanderbilt Health in Nashville, TN seeks compassionate Care Partners to assist with patient care and unit standards under a licensed nurse. Join a nationally recognized medical center offering meaningful work, growth, and a supportive culture.

This full‑time role includes three 12‑hour night shifts weekly, with no weekends, and daytime orientation during the first week. Prior hospital experience and flexible availability are preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in RN program with first semester completed.
• Nursing Assistant/Aide Training Program certificate within past year.
• At least 1 year of recent experience as Care Partner, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician.
• Preferred: prior hospital experience.
• Preferred: flexible availability.
• Strong communication and teamwork; patient-centered, reliable, and professional.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with delivery of patient care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Support day-to-day patient care activities and clinical procedures.
• Maintain unit environment and supplies; ensure safe patient flow.
• Act as liaison for patient and family communications and education.
• Support unit operations and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
