Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking compassionate Care Partners (Nursing Assistants) to assist with patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will participate in bedside care, venipuncture and other bedside tasks, and support unit operations.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required and one of: RN program in progress; or Nursing Assistant/Aide training certificate; or 1 year of care partner/NA/PCT experience.

• Assist with patient care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Assist with day-to-day delivery of patient care.
• Facilitate safe patient flow by following standards.
• Serve as liaison for patient and family communication.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and unit environmental standards.
