Vanderbilt Health in Nashville, TN seeks a compassionate Care Partner to assist with patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse and support daily unit operations. You will help maintain environmental standards and ensure safe patient flow.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Current enrollment in an RN program with first semester completed and nursing fundamentals.
• Graduation from a Nursing Assistant/Aide Training Program within the past year (certificate).
• At least 1 year of recent experience as a Care Partner, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with delivery of patient care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Assist with day-to-day delivery of patient care.
• Help ensure safe patient care and flow by following area standards.
• Serve as liaison for communication and education of patient and family needs.
• Support unit operations by maintaining supplies, equipment, and environment.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
