Vanderbilt Health in Nashville, TN, seeks a Care Partner/Nursing Assistant to support licensed nurses in delivering patient care. You will assist with routine tasks, maintain unit cleanliness, and help ensure safe patient flow during night shifts in a three 12‑hour schedule.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Enrollment in RN program with first semester completed.
• Graduation from Nursing Assistant/Aide Training within the past year (certificate required).
• At least 1 year of recent experience as Care Partner, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• Flexible availability and strong teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with delivery of patient care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Assist with daily patient care delivery and unit environmental standards.
• Facilitate safe patient care and flow by following area standards.
• Serve as liaison for patient and family education needs.
• Support unit operations by maintaining supplies, equipment, and environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
