Job summary

SCA Health is seeking an experienced OR nurse supervisor for a 2-OR facility offering orthopaedic, pain management, podiatry, laparoscopic, general, and GYN services. The role focuses on staff coverage, patient care, and efficient operations.

You will lead OR teams, ensure supply availability, supervise training, and support regulatory compliance alongside the Administrator and Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience as an operating room nurse with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate technical and clinical team coverage to meet scheduled cases.
• Ensure necessary supplies and equipment are available.
• Efficiently solve problems that may arise in the OR throughout the day.
• Collaborate with Purchasing Coordinator to discuss pricing for equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
• Provide oversight for clinical log updating.
• Assist the Administrator and Director of Nursing in meeting regulatory compliance.
