Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license (Iowa or compact state)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 weeks of hire
• Operating Room experience preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English

Responsibilities

• Scrubs and circulates on cases independently, with minimal direction
• Prepares for surgical cases efficiently, anticipating needs
• Maintains aseptic technique and controls clinical environment
• Communicates effectively with patient, staff, physicians and families
