Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.

• CNOR certification preferred; scrub and circulating skills needed; preop/postop proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and coordinate nursing care.
• Develop individualized care plan including discharge planning.
• Administer direct care and medications as needed.
• Maintain infection control and create a safe environment.
• Communicate care changes to RN/Clinician and team.
• Document teaching and ensure alignment with physician orders.
