Job summary

Hartford Hospital is seeking an OR Nurse (Circulator/Scrub) to deliver professional patient care in the Operating Room. You will support diverse surgical specialties and ensure adherence to AORN, ASPAN and SGNA standards.

Requirements include an active CT RN License and BLS; BSN preferred and CNOR preferred. The role offers a rotating schedule with day/evening shifts and weekend rotation in a leading academic medical center.

Qualifications

• Current active CT RN License at time of hire.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.
• CNOR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Circulator/Scrub Nurse in the Operating Room.
• Provide individualized professional patient care in the OR per hospital policies and standards.
• Participate in patient teaching and quality improvement activities.
