Mercy South is seeking both new graduate and experienced registered nurses for operating room roles. The program includes a fellowship for those without OR experience and a February 2027 residency start. The position offers day shifts (five 8s) at Mercy South, 10010 Kennerly Road, St.

Louis, MO. In addition to competitive pay, benefits begin on day one. Incentives include loan forgiveness for new grads up to 20,000, education assistance, and a stay premium program up to 8/hour based on Mercy

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with RN licensure.
• Education includes Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN.
• Maintain current RN license in hiring state with state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care for assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
