Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved nursing program leading to RN licensure (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state (or compact licensure) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS); additional unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments while protecting patient rights and confidentiality.
• Maintains professional accountability and supports Mercy Service Standards.
