Job summary

Mercy South is seeking both new graduates and experienced RNs to join the OR team. Five 8-hour days, loan forgiveness up to 20,000 for new grads, and comprehensive day-one benefits are highlighted as incentives. Nurses may enter a fellowship if OR experience is not yet present.

Location: Mercy South, St. Louis, MO. The program includes diverse cases in Orthopedics, Neurology, and General surgery, with cross-training opportunities in other pods and ongoing education support.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing with active RN license.
• Ability to perform nursing assessments and care plans.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate care for assigned patients.
