Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing; BSN required.
• Texas nursing license (NLC) or current Texas license.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• 3 years RN experience; Operating Room settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and evaluate patient care by staff on a 24-hour basis.
• Manage staffing to meet productivity targets and adjust to census and acuity.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff; promote professional growth and engagement.
• Coordinate self-scheduling and Kronos records for unit staffing.
• Ensure patient safety, quality, and adherence to policies.
