Job summary

Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced surgical team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the OR, collaborating with physicians, technicians, and support staff.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution; BSN required as of 4/27/2025.
• BLS Certification for healthcare providers.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status; gather information from the care team.
• Develop an individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and delegate tasks per plan.
• Evaluate patient response and revise care plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, comply with regulations, and maintain documentation.
