Qualifications

• MSN or intent to complete MSN within five (5) years of hire.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Three (3) years nursing experience.
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license.
• AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Support orientation programs to enhance care quality.
• Evaluate competence of Department of Nursing staff.
• Provide mentorship and professional development for nurses at all levels.
