Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Active RN license in the state of employment or multi-state compact.
• AHA BLS certification before end of orientation period.

• Plan, conduct needs assessments and evaluate orientation and staff development programs for nursing and clinical personnel.
