Responsibilities

• Provide unit-based nursing education and competency oversight.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding activities for staff.
• Deliver continuing education and staff development programs.
• Collaborate with case management and quality teams on clinical governance.
• Teach and evaluate clinical pathways and discharge planning.
• Assist with OR education for procedures and robotics as needed.
