Jefferson Health's Abington Memorial Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room for a full-time day shift. Prior OR circulating and scrubbing experience preferred; 4 ten-hour shifts available.

The role supports patient- and family-centered care, develops individualized plans, and collaborates with an inter-professional team to ensure high-quality, safe patient outcomes in a diverse community setting.

Qualificações

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice.
• Cultural awareness of diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication with patients, families and team members.
• Discharge planning knowledge and skills.
• Knowledge of health information documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Interacts with patients, families and staff to deliver respectful care.
• Identifies learning needs and provides patient and family education.
