Qualifications

• Valid CT RN License.
• BLS Certification required; ACLS to be obtained within 6 months if candidate does not already possess certification.
• 1 year of acute care, two years surgical experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, and work closely with all physicians and staff.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Circulator/Scrub Nurse in the Operating Room.
• Organizes and administers individualized patient care in the OR.
• Participates in patient teaching and quality improvement activities.
