Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking an experienced Supply Chain teammate to manage requisitioning, stocking and distribution of supplies for procedural areas including the OR. You will optimize PAR levels, resolve shortages and work with department leaders to ensure materials are available for all procedures.

The role emphasizes accurate case cart preparation, ERP-based inventory control, and strong communication with surgeons and staff to prevent delays in patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year healthcare supply experience in a hospital procedural environment or similar.
• Able to be trained and certified on electric pallet jack, prior certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply requisitioning, stocking and distribution for procedural departments.
• Maintain Kanban PAR levels and manage discrepancies/backorders.
• Prepare and dispense surgical case carts for the OR and coordinate with Sterile Processing.
