Saint Thomas Surgicare is hiring an OR Manager to lead all departmental functions, aligning with the hospital mission and goals. The role oversees surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing, and collaborates with physicians, staff, and vendors to drive efficiency and quality care.

The OR Manager may assist as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as needed, emphasizing cost-effective systems and strong customer satisfaction. No weekends, no call, no holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current TN RN License
• Current BLS certification
• CNOR preferred
• Independent decision making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversees surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services.
• Assists as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as necessary.
• Identifies cost-effective systems to support department goals, using data and staffing considerations.
• Develops effective relationships with patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors to support facility goals.
