As a Lead Surgical Technologist – Thoracic Surgery, you will play a vital leadership role in one of the nation’s premier academic medical centers, supporting complex surgical procedures while mentoring colleagues and ensuring excellence in patient care.
As a Lead Surgical Technologist, you will be an essential member of the perioperative team, working under the direction of the surgeon and in collaboration with nurses and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. Reporting to the Operating Room Nurse Manager, you will provide expert clinical support while serving as a leader and resource within the Thoracic Surgery service.
