Requirements include Tennessee nursing licensure (or compact state recognition), ACLS within 6 months, and BLS within 30 days. A nursing diploma is required, with flexible scheduling and diverse specialty exposure noted.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition “Compact State” obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 months of hire date.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Advocate & Care Strategist: be the patient’s primary voice during vulnerable moments, monitor, record, and communicate condition with clinical precision.
• Safety & Precision Sentinel: maintain absolute integrity over sterile field and equipment, ensuring 100% accuracy from incision to closure.
• Master of OR Operations: lead the rhythm of the room and coordinate preparation of technology and supplies for flawless procedures.
