Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Certified First Surgical Assistant required prior to hire.
• Flexible schedule and weekly availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elite Surgical Partnership: support surgeon with high‑level intraoperative assistance including tissue manipulation, retraction, and suctioning.
• Operational Excellence: manage OR rhythm, customize suite to surgeon preferences, and ensure sterile turnarounds for readiness.
