Job summary

Stryker is seeking an OnSite Specialist to support minimally invasive surgical procedures by ensuring optimal performance of Stryker and third-party equipment. The role interfaces with clinical teams, SPD, and Stryker service lines to maintain smooth OR operations.

Ideal candidates will have OR experience, strong troubleshooting, and solid communication skills, with the ability to work across shifts, including potential overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated suite systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of all Stryker equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
