Qualifications

• AHA BLS certification before end of orientation.
• At least five years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate orientation programs for pediatric oncology nursing staff.
• Assess learner outcomes and competencies to guide education.
• Promote professional development and mentorship across the nursing department.
• Align educational activities with regulations and organizational goals.
• Support education of Pediatric Oncology Unit staff.
