Qualifications include a BSN or higher, PA RN license, and several years of clinical or educational healthcare experience

Qualifications

• BSN or higher nursing degree required
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in PA
• Three years clinical or educational healthcare experience in relevant specialty
• Two years applying adult learning in an informal setting

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates educational programs for nursing staff.
• Supports transition to practice and maintains Nurse Residency Program.
• Provides instruction in clinical settings through teaching, mentoring, coaching, and advising.
• Collaborates with education and organization staff to provide seamless educational services.
• Conducts learning needs assessments and evaluates educational outcomes.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree (preferred or required within 3 years of hire)
