Qualifications

• BSN or MSN required.
• Two years clinical experience required.
• Progressive leadership experience required.
• AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or has a multi-state RN license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical care delivery and optimal patient outcomes in the OR.
• Serve as a role model for professional nursing practice.
• Review staffing based on patient acuity and needs; recommend corrective actions when appropriate.
• Lead nursing staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care.
