Job summary

Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center is seeking an RN Clinical Staff Leader for the eyes, dental and children’s procedure rooms in Hershey, PA. You will lead clinical care delivery, ensure high-quality patient outcomes, and help determine staffing based on acuity and needs.

You will serve as a role model for nursing practice, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in ongoing professional development and process improvement. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role.

Qualifications

• RN with current license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing required.
• Progressive leadership experience is required.
• AHA BLS certification required prior to end of orientation period.
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care delivery in eyes, dental, and children's procedure rooms.
• Assess staffing needs based on patient acuity and needs.
• Serve as a role model for professional nursing practice.
