Qualifications

• RN license in MA required.
• BLS and ACLS required; BLS Instructor preferred.
• CNOR, ONC, ANPD certifications preferred.
• Clinical nursing experience 5+ years, OR/perioperative setting preferred.
• Prior Clinical Educator or instructional role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate educational programs and competency-based modules for the perioperative environment.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop plans to enhance critical thinking and technical skills in the OR.
• Lead unit orientation, product roll-outs, and emergency preparedness training; mentor staff on the floor.
• Support integration of clinical research into daily practice and incorporate evidence-based findings into curricula.
• Collaborate with OR managers and education teams to advance hospital-wide initiatives and safe patient care policies.
