Job summary

Novant Health’s Presbyterian Medical Center is seeking an Operating Room Clinical Coordinator RN to deliver expert care during surgery. You’ll cover circulating, equipment setup, and OR management, supporting safe, compassionate care.

The role is full-time and targets experienced OR RNs seeking collaboration within a high-performing team with diverse surgeries. OR experience is required and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience as a clinical nurse in acute care.
• Current RN licensure required.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a charge nurse on the weekends.
• Functions as a role model, facilitator, mentor and coach for staff.
• Helps coordinate work shift activities in the clinical area.
• Assist the Nurse Manager with QA, personnel utilization, performance appraisals, resource usage and budget management.
• Provide care to patients on designated units.
