Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an experienced OR RN for the Surg-Hosp at Banner University Medical Center South in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on circulating in the operating room with a 4x10 schedule and day shift; sign-on bonus available for external experienced RNs.

Qualifications

• Must possess current RN license (Arizona) and BLS certification.
• Prior OR circulating experience preferred.
• Completion of Periop 101 is a plus for the preferred candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for surgical patients in accordance with policies and professional standards.
• Coordinate perioperative care with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise care coordination in the OR.
• Document care and ensure accurate communication of patient status to the team.
