New Mexico Multispecialty Surgery Center @ Presbyterian Rust ASC in Rio Rancho, NM seeks a Charge Nurse to oversee the operating room, coordinate daily case flow, and manage staff schedules. Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program and active RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Three years of operating room or perioperative nursing experience.
• CNOR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise OR staff to ensure smooth flow of cases.
• Coordinate daily case scheduling in the OR with clinicians and staff.
• Prepare monthly OR staff schedules and conduct staff meetings.
• Communicate with physicians to resolve issues and maintain efficiency.
• Order instruments and coordinate equipment and supply needs.
• Assist with staff training and annual evaluations.
• Support policy updates and Joint Commission compliance.
