Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Charge Nurse to provide shift-level leadership, oversee patient flow, safety, and quality care, and support unit staff. You will work with nursing leadership to ensure efficient operations and may also deliver direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Nursing Director, works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s). May provide direct patient care.
• Provides clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety and direction of unit staff in designated service area.
• Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care of all patients in service area.

Qualifications

• One year Interventional Radiology Experience Preferred
