Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Current RN license in Massachusetts (MA) required.
• Operating Room experience is required; prior supervisory/lead experience preferred.
• CPR certification required; ACLS, PALS, and/or PEARS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily clinical and operational functions of the Operating Room.
• Assists with staff scheduling and staffing adjustments to ensure safe patient care.
• Collaborates with surgeons and anesthesia to optimize surgical throughput.
• Oversees patient care delivery and maintains sterile technique.
• Acts as a clinical resource to staff and participates in patient care as needed.
• Assists with staff orientation, coaching, and performance management.
• Promotes safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the OR.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
• Participates in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Manages real-time operational challenges and staffing needs.
